We appreciate any and all feedback you may have that will help us improve specific or general points regarding our care services. We also take complaints very seriously and will work hard to put something right if we get it wrong.
Being aware of how to complain and who to complain to or raise a concern is important. We will always try to resolve a complaint locally and quickly in the first instance. Please use the website to contact us, so we can address your concerns immediately. If you are not happy with the level of care you or someone you care for is receiving, we would encourage you to first of all speak to a member of staff at All New Beginnings Ltd. about your concerns.
If this cannot be resolved then you should lodge a complaint with the Care Inspectorate.
